I specialize in helping adults and teens who are struggling with issues that adversely impact their lives and careers. In addition to being a counselor, I’ve practiced law for 27 years and been a mediator for 20 of those years.
My professional experience has allowed me to observe first-hand the pressures and stresses of professional life and how professionals cope.
I am EMDR-trained and use CBT, EMDR, and other approaches to help my clients identify and cope more adaptively with their stressors, overcome obstacles, and improve their lives.
